MEETING DOCS
We aim to hold membership meetings as close to every other month as possible.
We believe it's important to meet regularly so that members can be kept in the loop, as well as to frequently have the opportunity to contribute ideas.
See the tentative meeting schedule for the upcoming year above.
The nominating committee will be elected annually at the general membership meeting in January or February. Officers will be elected annually at a general membership meeting in April.
Officers will assume their official duties on July 1 & will serve for a term of one (1) year or until a successor is elected.
Should a position remain unfilled post-election, notification of the unfilled position will be posted until a name / names are submitted for consideration. A special election will be called with prior notice given to membership.
