The PTA utilizes money that's raised in the following ways:

1. Subsidizing the cost of future activities to reduce the ticket price charged, enabling us to price our events as affordably as possible for our families

2. Outlaying costs to plan events & obtain merchandise for future sale

3. Covering operating costs of the PTA, such as maintaining our website, printing fees, etc that enable us to communicate with membership & function on a day-to-day basis

4. Providing specific items for needs of all our students & teachers in our schools, with prior approval by our general membership via budget vote

*the PTA is not permitted to provide lump-sum donations to our schools, and the PTA is not permitted to provide for specific students in a discriminatory / exclusionary manner*
