How can I help?

YES! We love the help and are happy to invite responsible high school students volunteer. Please email us to arrange!  Student volunteers must check in with one of the board members to ensure they can sign off on their hours.

Can my High School student volunteer to help and receive volunteer hours?

No. All children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

What activities will there be?

Purchase tickets by 10/14:  $5/child for PTA members & $10/child for non-members.  Adults admitted free!

Tickets after 10/14 or admission at the door:  $10/child for PTA members & $15/child for non-members.  Adults admitted free!

Please remember to register in advance to ensure that there are enough pumpkins & crafts for your child!

I'd like to become a member to receive discounted ticket prices.  How do I join?

No, the PreK-5 PTA & the 6-12 PTSA are separate organizations.  We don't share membership lists as we're different charters.  

As a 6-12 PTSA member, you'll receive discounted pricing to many of the events hosted by the 6-12 PTSA.

Some of the events hosted by PreK-5 PTA (such as Harvest Fest!) will be age appropriate for the entire community, and so is open to all to attend.  If you're not a member of the PreK-5 PTA specifically, please click here to sign up!

I'm already a member of the grades 6-12 PTSA.  Will I receive discounted pricing on events hosted by the PreK-5 PTA?

We invite you to wear costumes at this event if you so choose, or any autumn-appropriate attire.  Keep in mind that this event will be held outside, so it could be a bit chilly.

What should I wear?

All activities listed above are included in the price you pay for admission, except the following:

- Food you purchase from trucks & food concession stands (paid directly to the business operating the truck or stand)

- Mums sale (proceeds will benefit PreK-5 PTA)

- Spirit Wear (proceeds will benefit whichever organization is running the booth you're purchasing at, it will be clearly disclosed)

What's included in the admission ticket price?

By purchasing a ticket to PTA Harvest Fest, you acknowledge and agree that:

- PTA has your express consent and permission to utilize photos of your child and family taken at the Harvest Fest on our website, social media pages and/or advertisements

- PTA does not have knowledge of what ingredients may be used in items sold at food trucks and concession stands, and takes no liability for allergens.  If you or someone in your party has an allergy, please check directly with the food truck or concession stand operator to verify the ingredients. 

- PTA is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur.  Please be responsible to supervise your child.  As this event will take place during the autumn season, there may be slippery leaves on the ground and all should use proper caution accordingly.

PTA Harvest Fest 2024 is being hosted by Miller Place PreK-5 PTA.  Proceeds will specifically benefit the PreK-5 PTA.
