1.  WHERE CAN I SEE THE CURRENT NEWSLETTER?

2.  HOW CAN I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE TEXT / EMAIL UPDATES?

Click here to sign up for updates.  Enter your name + desired method of contact, and you'll receive updates on all events & other important info moving forward.

Make sure to fill out your info on both the Pre-K to 5 and the 6 to 12 form if you wish to receive updates from both groups.  You will only receive updates from the specific age group(s) you sign up for.

3.  How often are membership meetings?

We aim to hold membership meetings as close to every other month as possible. 

We believe it's important to meet regularly so that members can be kept in the loop, as well as to frequently have the opportunity to contribute ideas.

See the tentative meeting schedule for the upcoming year above.

4.  When do elections take place?

Officers will be elected annually at a regular meeting in April.

Officers will assume their official duties on July 1 & will serve for a term of one (1) year or until a successor is elected.

Should a position remain unfilled post-election, notification of the unfilled position will be posted until a name / names are submitted for consideration. A special election will be called with prior notice given to membership.
