PROGRAMS
Volunteering for programs will help us bring our events & fundraisers to fruition!
Fun events will be remembered by your child for life, and fundraising will enable us to enrich their educational opportunities in partnership with our schools.
EVENTS & FUNDRAISERS
REPORTS TO: VP of AMPS and/or Laddie
JOB: Plan & executive the event or fundraiser. Deliver a post-event recap.
NEXT STEP: See the different programs & sign up below
REPORTS TO: Program committee in charge of that particular event or fundraiser
JOB: Offer a helping hand the day of the event / fundraiser. Before that day, the committee will reach out to you to coordinate roles for that day.
Help could range from setting up, to manning a booth, to serving food, to clean up & more.
You do not need to do anything before or after the day of the program.

These are all the awesome programs we'd like to plan this year. We need enough volunteers & committee members like YOU in order to bring them to fruition.

SUMMER:
School Supply Kits: Create school supply kits for each grade, to be sold to our community. We need help assembling & delivering kits. Sign up here.
Summer Art Contest: Solicit artwork submissions from kids in district. Select winners, and design artwork calendar for sale to our community. Sign up here.

OTHER HELP WE NEED
We'd love to put you on a list of people interested in volunteering for various needs, such as:
REPORTS TO: Program committee in charge of that particular event, as well as the chair of the Website Committee
JOB: Are you a decent photographer? Are you great at remembering to gather people together to take photos?
We'll add your name to a list of members we can call on who are willing to photo / video our programs. And if you're not available, that's okay, we'll contact you again next time!
If you're available, you'll simply snap some photos & take some videos, and send them over to the Communication Committee for use on our website / social media sites.

JOB: We'll add your name to a list of members we can call to jump in & lend a helping hand. For example, dropping mail at the post office, or driving items to an event, or stuffing envelopes, etc.
